Body Zone was formed 15 years ago in the UK by Karen Rogers who established two successful Beauty and Holistic Centres based in Essex and Suffolk.

Body Zone is still providing clients with a wide range of treatments and services, but now with a "Mediterranean Twist".

4 Years ago, Karen moved with her family to the beautiful wine growing countryside of the Languedoc Rousillion in the South of France.

The area is still a relatively undiscovered part of the South France, but has some of the most amazing scenery, so diverse, from lakes and mountains to vine fields and the famous Canal du Midi.  You will be spoilt for choice, but wont be disappointed!
